Cancelations and returns
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order, either before completing the payment, if it is a payment by debit / credit card or deposit in our account, or before sending it if it is a courier.
RETURNS
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, you have the right to return the products to us only if there is at least one of the following:
a) if you have been proven to receive products different or substantially different from the ones you ordered
b) if there is a proven defect in the product.
If you do not want to replace the products with other ones of the same type, you can replace them with other products (of the same or higher value) and pay the difference that will arise. No returns are acceptable in the following categories: plants, bulbs, seeds and generally in opened packages of consumables such as soils, fertilizers, pesticides, unless it is proven that the content of the product is different from the description in the packaging. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
